To submit an application, follow the steps below:

1. Register onto the Teacher of the Year website
2. Complete the following form: Applicant Questionnaire (PDF)
   1. Fill out and complete the form linked above.
   2. When prompted, enter your Principal and Superintendents' name and email address.
   3. Once they have signed the form, find the agreement in your email inbox. Download the agreement and upload it here.
3. Download and complete the Supporting Materials template (DOCX)
4. Upload the application packet to the Teacher of the Year website by 4 p.m. April 25.
